i wasn't quite sure of her actual CN since i couldn't read the kanji well, so i'm gonna be referring her as 'ame-san' for the time being. that aside, i have to admit that i initially mistook her for merino / ichinose moko-san since they both look [ kinda ] identical in thumbnail views. but it was a good thing indeed since because of that i get to discover ame-san here and add her up onto my watchlist since i quickly fell in love with most of her cosplay works so far - most especially this miku-get we're sharing up here.

upon quick overall inspection, this might be a decent miku-get for some. but what made her miku-get slightly stood out from the rest is how ame-san went on and improvised her costume [ them hems ] a bit - which of course doesn't bring about anything great yet it certainly adds to spicing up the usual style we're seeing from miku's default getup. other than that, her costume [ and all accompanying accessories ] were all very well made, with extra points went to her precise choice of color for both her costume and wig.

two words : almost perfect - well if it wasn't for both poorly executed ears and tail which absolutely spoiled the fun. nevertheless, miiko-san's mithra-get was among the many cosplay highlights from the recent tokyo game show 2011 - and to which we both gave all of our thumbs up at.

frankly speaking i haven't played the game yet, but i've seen the arts etc back when the mmorpg was first released to the world by square enix. and all i can say is that this mithra-get of miiko-san's is the closest as reality could possibly brought onto itself a realized mithra.

RONERY OJOUSAMA IS RONERY

sena kashiwazaki perhaps is one of the most overly done character of #bokutomo among cosplayers of late, but that is quite understandable especially given that she's one of the best looking / designed characters of the series [ we greatly favor her color scheme, for one ], and not to mention her character itself is quite interesting to boot [ among the reason which had us looking forward to the animated tv series this fall ].

anyway, these images of ai-san's lovely sena-get was taken way back from [ winter ] comiket 79 then, one of the best from the event we must say. her overall execution of sena was simply in close -if not total- perfection, and a handful of credit should be given to the impressive level of details paid in realizing her costume, as well as the absolutely gorgeous presentation of her wig. such an amazing effort certainly deserves to be well paid with high level of praise, indeed.

ahaha, sorry but we're still not done with enako-san's superbly outstanding yami-get of which is yet to be rivaled by any other layers out there thus far. not only that she managed to get her costume [ accessories included ] and her physical build / look right [ the latter of which is ultimately essential in pinpointing the kind of cosplay that will not burn our eyes ], her yami-get for the greatest part of it simply was filled with so much moe that we died so many times adoring it since.

[ cosplay ] uriu : kyoko sakura

GOT POCKY™ ?

first thing first, kindly consider this brief post here as a preview of what's more to come [ of this kyoko-get ] later. so anyway, now with her recent execution of kyoko sakura, our dearest beloved uriu-san is currently left with one more character to go [ sayaka miki ] before she went on to complete her take on all 5 of the leading puella magis from the series.

judging from the single image attached to this post above, this should be one of uriu-san's two [ most ] ultimate madoka magica-take right next to her magnificently outstanding portrayal of the titular character prior - especially with that handsomely made spear being really handy at [ fittingly ] complementing her take on kyoko. +not to mention her choice of fabrics and the seeming build of her costume really stood well this time compared to the slightly unrefined one she had for her mami-get then.

slated for release next april 2012, this outstanding newcomer to wave's beach queens series simply put us on great awe [ as well as in preparation to sacrifice whatever is left in our wallets ] - especially when our dearest houki we're given such great justice on both her design and sculpt compared to fortune arterial's beach queens series of which we weren't quite so impressed of; most particularly in regard to the facial design aspect [ albeit for some fans / collectors, the latter were already fine ].

anyway, standing at approximately 15 cm high [ 1/10 scale ], houki stood at the price of yen 3990 [ inclusive of tax ], and comes equipped with wave's slightly revolutionary neck joint h feature to give slightly more dynamicity to her already fixed pose.
