intermission : obligatory filler post, pt. 1

seems like we've finally reach the [ creativity ] burnout phase for this blog here [ thus the lack of updates recently ], further augmented by hime's lack of free time lately due to ever growing workload / real life stress since march 2011, and zange's ongoing refusal to write down a post or two [ it does made me wonder why did we have her in the team, btw :D ] even until now. still however, this wouldn't mean the end of +ophanium yet, as we still desire to push and stretch this blog's presence / existence for as farther as we could - esp. with the recent 15K pageviews per month of which we managed to nab of recently from three years of posting nonsensical editorials, shallow anime overviews and derp-y cosplay commentaries.

that, and honestly we still have a lot of plans in store for +ophanium, thus hopefully we could field some of them out before the end of 2011, in hoping to re-invent this blog into more than just a personal rambling blog as how it started to be in august 2008 - but not to the extent of becoming an ad-infested 'otaku' news site of course [ no offense intended, just in case ].

frankly speaking, there's quite a handful number of incomplete drafts currently sitting on the dashboard [ excluding cosplay posts, most of which are produced on the whim with very minimal planning / editing ], yet so very little time and opportunity for me to refine them up for submission - especially when i had to painfully divide whatever free time i had in hand between anime and other worldly pleasures / necessities. not to mention, twitter's one to blame as well, as that very place has essentially butchered the productivity of this blog here due to its [ twitter's ] sheer awesomeness.
